Meet the Team: George Denny, Gulf Coast Sales Director

Vacuworx recently expanded the territory of Gulf Coast Sales Director George Denny to run from the Permian Basin to the Sunshine State.
The Vacuworx Gulf Coast Region has seen major growth in recent years and the company is broadening its reach to meet the material-lifting needs associated with pipeline, infrastructure and construction projects.
Denny joined Vacuworx in 2015. Based in Houston, Texas, he covers a territory that includes Florida, Georgia and Alabama, as well as Louisiana, Mississippi and South Texas. He is responsible for sales and developing new business opportunities for Vacuworx Lifting Systems in both the pipeline and construction markets.
Denny’s previous sales, marketing and management experience with major heavy construction equipment dealers helped pave the way to success in his current position with Vacuworx. He interacts closely with pipe handlers, equipment dealers and construction professionals while delivering outstanding customer service and business outcomes.
“The Permian basin is a hotbed for pipeline construction,” Denny says. “Vacuum lifting is also becoming the accepted method to lift concrete materials. We are covering new ground with our construction, industrial and compact equipment lines.”
Denny, who earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Oklahoma State University, takes pride in his involvement with organizations such as the Pipeliners Association of Houston, Pipeliners Association of Louisiana and the Houston Contractors Association.
He recently celebrated 36 years of marriage and enjoys spending time with his wife, Janna, and their two adult children.
