Safety Congress
The 2026 DCA Safety Congress will take place April 8-10, 2026, at The Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah, Georgia.
DCA’s Annual Safety Congress is a “must-attend” event for safety professionals each year. The two-day event attracts safety professionals from across the country and industry to discuss different challenges and problems utility contractors face with projects, from creative training ideas to managing a safety culture within your company. The Safety Director and Person of the Year are awarded at the Congress.
Meeting Details:
- The registration fee is $950 per person and includes: 2 breakfasts, Thursday lunch, and 2 dinners.

- DCA Event Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are 100 percent refundable up to the close of business on March 25, 2026, minus a $100 administrative fee. After March 25, 2026 5:00 pm CDT, no refunds will be issued. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to DCA. All eligible refunds will be processed at the end of the event.

- The negotiated rate is $229 per night plus applicable taxes. The deadline is Wednesday, March 18, 2026, to receive the discounted room rate.
- If you wish for dates outside of the Safety Congress room block, they are available on a first come basis. Please contact the hotel at (912-238-1200) for assistance and mention ‘2026 DCA Safety Congress‘ to receive the $229 plus applicable taxes rate.
- PLEASE NOTE: The hotel reservation system adds a $35 destination fee that has been waived by and will not be charged by the hotel, please ignore the charge on the registration system.
