2025 Convention
We are excited to announce the upcoming Distribution Contractors Association (DCA) 64th Annual Convention, to be held at the luxurious Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in February 2025. Designed to reflect the spirit of the Sonoran Desert, the Fairmont Princess offers a backdrop to retreat and relax while taking in the breathtaking sunsets.
The convention will be a five-day event, filled with educational sessions, engaging world class speakers, and networking opportunities with some of the most prominent companies in the industry. In addition, sign up for an adventurous offsite experience, be part of the DCA Golf Classic, relax pool side or unwind at the award-winning spa.
The convention is a must-attend event for any industry professional looking to stay informed, connected, and inspired. We look forward to seeing you in February 2025, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for the DCA Annual Convention.

Registration & Housing Information:
- Registration – The registration fee is $3,100 (single or couple). After January 30, 2025, the registration fee increases to $3,600 (single or couple). Click here to register for the convention.

- Housing – Fairmont Princess Scottsdale Housing – The housing link is now closed. If you wish to make reservation, please contact the Fairmont Princess Scottsdale room reservation team at (480) 585-4848 and ask for in-house reservations.
- Event Registration Cancellation Policy – Registration fees are refundable up to 5:00 pm CST January 30, less $300 administrative fee. Cancellations made between January 31 and February 11 are 50% refundable. After February 11, no refunds will be issued. All refund requests are to be made in writing via email to DCA.
The Annual Convention is held in a warm weather location in the US or internationally and is designed for members and their spouses/guests. Families are also known to attend. At this annual meeting of the membership elections for the Board are held. A key feature of the convention is the annual auction which has grown over the years and is the primary fundraiser for the operations of the DCA. The week-long event is supported through the generous sponsorship of our associate members and features first rate speakers at business sessions, networking events, and local activities. Recipients of the scholarships and the Arthur T. Everham Safety Award are announced at the convention. The final board meeting of the outgoing president and the first board meeting of the new president are held at the convention. A Leadership Council meeting is held as are meetings of the committees. The general meeting of the membership is the DCA Town Hall where the leadership provides an update on the proceedings of the association and where the members can dialog with leadership.
Registration for the 2025 DCA Convention, February 25 – March 1, at the Fairmont Princess, Scottsdale, AZ, will open December 1st.
