The Mid Year Meeting has grown over the years from a summer board meeting to a family networking event with business session speakers, committee meetings, a board meeting and leadership council meeting, as well as the DCA Town Hall. In addition to an annual golf outing, many activities are planned with DCA member families in mind.

Registration for the 2025 Mid Year Meeting, to be held July 13-17 at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, will open May 1, 2025.

Resort Reservations:
  • The reservation link covers our event nights only, arriving July 11th and departing July 17th.  If you would like to extend your stay on either side of the event dates or request suite accommodation, please call the reservations department directly at (262) 248-8811 and let them know that you will be attending the Distribution Contractors Association meeting.
  • Reservation Cutoff date is Friday, June 20, 2025. Reservation requests after the cut-off date will be accepted at the group room rates on a space available basis.
  • A one-night room/package & tax deposit is due upon reservation. This deposit will be charged to the credit card provided upon booking. The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa has a 72-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund on the credit card provided. Some cancellation policies may vary based on the package booked.

DCA Event Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are 100 percent refundable up to 5:00 pm Central, Friday, June 20th, less $200 administrative fee. Cancellations made between June 21 and June 29 are 50% refundable. After June 29th, no refunds will be issued. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via mail or email to DCA. All refunds will be processed at the end of the event.

  • Vancouver Int’l Airport – The closest airport to Fairmont Chateau Whistler is Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and is located on Sea Island in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, approximately 85 miles south of the resort. Driving time to Whistler is 2 – 2.5 hours along Highway 99, also known as the “Sea to Sky Highway.”

  • Fairmont Chateau Whistler Housing -Use the housing link to make your hotel reservations. The run-of-the house rate is $379 CAD, plus applicable taxes and a $15 CAD resort fee. For dates outside of the hotel block, call (800) 606-8244 and mention Distribution Contractors Association to receive the negotiated rate. Posted prices are in CAD.
  • The housing and registration deadline is Wednesday, June 19th.
  • Whistler Dining Guide – Monday, July 15th is a free evening. Take advantage of the many dining options at the Fairmont and in the village. Make your dining reservations early.

  • A valid passport is required for all non-Canadian citizens.
